Expressive communication
The person has to be observed and evaluated concerning the initial communication level, analyse motivating activities and proceed following STEPS OF INTERVENTION (video and presentation). ATTENTION! It has to be made a precise initial analysis to evaluate the access modality that is more functional and adequate to the person.
RECEPTIVE

COMMUNICATION

Receptive communication
Preliminary action to the intervention is making the person understand that exists a methodology to communicate that runs on non-verbal forms.Through constant and coherent modeling (direct indications) from communication partner can be built a common and shared language.
BEHAVIOURAL CONTROL/ MANAGING ANXIETY

These tools allow to manage behaviour and anxiety and can be used regardless of verbal ability of the person. They have to be proposed on a daily basis to perform their function of predictability.

ATTENTION! These tools must not be proposed when the crisis arises.

AUTONOMY

These tools have to be used regardless verbal abilities of the person, initially each action will be modelled and accompanied by verbal prompt until will be left more and more autonomy to the person.
DIDACTICS

These tools, regardless of verbal abilities, are useful for those that have difficulties in learning with traditional didactics. Thanks to the use of these tools, the person acquires notions and concepts related to didactical plan of the class attended and so can take written and oral exams.

ATTENTION! It will be desirable that each classroom may use these tools as a common didactical methodology.
